Durco Mark III / Part Identification

Durco Mark III Parts Breakdown & POS Code Finder

Identify the component function first, then verify the installed pump Group, size, exact reference and material before quotation. Built for maintenance and purchasing teams working from a BOM, sectional drawing, nameplate or removed part.

Start from what you already know

Choose the shortest identification path.

POS identifies the component position. Exact purchasing still depends on the installed pump context.

01 / POS CODE

I know the POS number

Identify the component function, then confirm Group, size and exact reference.

02 / OEM REFERENCE

I know the OEM number

Move to the dedicated OEM cross-reference and retain the matched pump context.

03 / PUMP IDENTITY

I only know the pump size

Use Group, size, nameplate, sectional drawing or removed-part evidence.

Interactive data workbench

Find the component, then carry it into the RFQ.

Use the POS code to identify the component function, then verify the installed pump size/Group, exact reference, material and relevant mating interfaces before ordering.

Engineering proof

Use the POS code as a location reference—not the entire fitment decision.

Use the component map to locate the POS reference, then confirm the installed pump context and exact part reference before ordering.

01

Identify the component position

POS narrows the function in the assembly and gives purchasing a common reference point.

02

Confirm the installed pump context

Group, pump size, OEM reference, material and the relevant mating interfaces remain part of the fitment review.

03

Carry verified context into the quotation

Your selected component details stay with the engineering review, so the same identification data does not need to be entered again.

Replacement parts supply support

Make supply capability visible after identification.

Availability claims remain configuration-dependent and should never replace the fitment check.

Selected MRO Stock Regular stock program

Common replacement impellers, covers, shafts and selected CD4M / 316SS sleeves are maintained for recurring demand.

48 Hours Emergency shipment

For confirmed stocked configurations, emergency shipment can be arranged in as little as 48 hours after part identity, material and quantity are verified.

Fitment First Before quotation release

Pump identity, exact reference and material remain part of the engineering verification record.

Buyer questions

Durco Mark III parts identification FAQ

What does a Durco Mark III POS code identify?
A POS code identifies a component position or function in the applicable parts documentation. It is a starting point for identification, not a complete fitment approval by itself.
Is the POS code enough to order a replacement part?
No. Confirm the installed pump model or size/Group, exact OEM or replacement reference where available, required material and the relevant mating interfaces before release.
What if I only have an OEM part number?
Use the OEM part-number cross-reference route. The exact reference can then be checked against the installed pump context and carried into the quotation request.
What if I do not know the Mark III Group?
Send the pump nameplate, size, drawing or clear photographs. These can be used to determine which additional identifiers must be confirmed.
Can I send a removed-part photo or sectional drawing?
Yes. A nameplate, parts list, sectional drawing and clear component photographs can materially improve the identification review.
