ANSI Pump Impellers — Replacement & Aftermarket
Open, semi-open, enclosed & reverse-vane impellers for Goulds 3196, Durco Mark III, and all ANSI B73.1 pumps. 100% dimensionally interchangeable. Quote in 48 hours.
Impeller Types for ANSI B73.1 Process Pumps
We manufacture all impeller types to ANSI B73.1 dimensional standards with guaranteed interchangeability with Goulds 3196 and Durco Mark III OEM impellers. Every impeller is precision-cast and CNC-machined in-house.
Open Impeller
The standard for ANSI B73.1 chemical process pumps. Vanes are exposed on one side, allowing passage of small solids. Best for: general chemical transfer, slurries with up to 5% solids.
Semi-Open Impeller
Partial shroud on the back side for added structural rigidity. Best for: pulp stock up to 6% consistency, paper mill applications.
Enclosed Impeller
Fully shrouded design for maximum hydraulic efficiency. Best for: clean liquids, high-head applications, boiler feed.
Reverse Vane (RV) Impeller
Back pump-out vanes reduce axial thrust and protect the seal chamber from solids and pressure. Best for: abrasive slurries, black mass, seal protection-critical services.
