Site configuration
Send motor voltage and frequency, such as a 60 Hz supply, along with the flange standard and dimensional units used at your site. Include any project-specific electrical approval requirements.
Shipment & arrival
Distinguish the manufacturing schedule from transport, customs clearance and arrival at site. Request the delivery basis and confirmation of which freight, duty and unloading costs are included.
Acceptance & support
Identify the drawings, material records and acceptance tests your project requires. Ask for commissioning responsibilities, the warranty claim process and an engineering contact arrangement in the quotation.

Will the replacement fit my existing piping and foundation?
Yes. Our replacement program matches the installed pump without piping or foundation modifications. The project GA drawing records nozzle sizes, orientation, centerline and mounting dimensions for approval against your exact model and installation.
Which Sulzer and Ahlstrom models do you cover?
Our program covers the models within the AHLSTAR A, APT, WPP/T, NPP/T and EPP/T, ZA / ZE / ZF, SNS, ZPP and MC families listed on this page. Send the full model and size from the nameplate so we can specify the correct configuration. For another series, send the nameplate for identification.
Can I start with only a nameplate photo?
Yes. Use the nameplate-photo route to send your email and the information you have. Model details, company information and files are optional to start. Our engineers identify the installed unit and explain which measurements or process data are needed next.
How do the 48-hour proposal and 6–8-week delivery work?
We provide an engineering report or proposal within 48 hours of receiving sufficient pump and duty information. Complete-pump delivery is 6–8 weeks against the agreed configuration and order schedule. Your quotation states the start date, approval milestones and delivery terms.
Can a wet-end change really take two hours?
A two-hour wet-end change is available for matched configurations with the replacement, tools and prepared installation ready on site. Isolation, draining, lifting arrangements, alignment and commissioning belong in the site shutdown plan. Confirm the applicable scope with our engineers.
What documentation and warranty come with the pump?
Each pump is supplied with the specified material, testing and delivery documents. Agree the GA drawing, material traceability, inspection and test records, operating documentation and packing list in the order. Warranty is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning, whichever occurs first, under the written supply terms.
