A complete pump is the primary route. If you retain the driver or base, request a bare pump or assembly and include the coupling and mounting details. For a wet end or selected components, send the part number, BOM or assembly drawing so the retained interfaces are included in the review.

How do I identify my AHLSTAR series?
Send a clear nameplate photo showing the manufacturer, full model, size and serial number. Include an overall installation photo. We identify the series and explain which duty or dimensional information is needed next.
What extra data helps with WPP/T or NPP/T replacement?
For wear-resistant service, include solids concentration, particle size and abrasive characteristics. For non-clogging service, describe fibers, solids and fluid behavior. These details guide the hydraulic arrangement and wetted material selection.
Can I keep my piping, foundation and motor?
We match piping and foundation interfaces to your installed configuration and record the dimensions in the project GA. A retained motor also needs its rating, speed, shaft, coupling and mounting checked against the selected replacement.
Can you start without the original pump curve?
Yes. Send the model, available flow and head, fluid information and installation photos. Operating readings and measurements help reconstruct the duty basis; the review identifies any information still required for final selection.
Can you supply a complete pump, bare pump or wet end?
Yes. State the requested scope in the enquiry. The proposal identifies the pump, motor, coupling, guard, baseplate and any retained equipment. A wet-end or component supply is matched to the relevant assembly interfaces.
What delivery, documents and warranty are included?
Complete-pump delivery is 6–8 weeks against the agreed order schedule. Each unit includes the specified material, testing and delivery documents. Warranty is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning, whichever occurs first, under the written supply terms.
