What information should I send for a new pump?
Begin with the required flow and head, fluid name, concentration and temperature. Include operating speed, suction conditions, material preferences and package scope if available. You can start an enquiry with incomplete information.
Can an ANSI pump replace my existing installation?
Replacement needs a model-specific review. Share the existing model, size, frame, nameplate and drawings where available. Dimensional interfaces and hydraulic duty should both be checked; a B73.1 reference alone does not confirm every internal component is interchangeable.
Can I request a pump with a motor and baseplate?
Use the complete package enquiry to specify the motor, voltage, frequency, baseplate, coupling, guard and seal support requirements. The final quotation should clearly identify the included and optional components.
How are delivery time and spare parts confirmed?
Include the quantity, destination and required-at-site date. Availability and lead time need to be confirmed for the particular pump, material, seal and package scope. Identify any start-up or operating spares required with the order.
Which warranty terms apply?
The actual warranty policy and covered scope must be confirmed in the quotation. Warranty coverage and exclusions are agreed for the supplied configuration.
