Low Flow Horizontal Process Pump — Concentric Casing Design
This single-stage, horizontal centrifugal pump is engineered for applications requiring stable, reliable operation at low flow rates with high differential heads. Its unique concentric (non-volute) circular casing with a precision-machined discharge channel delivers smooth performance curves without the hydraulic instabilities common in conventional volute pumps at low flows — making it a proven alternative to multi-stage pumps in many services.
Key Design Features
- Concentric circular casing — eliminates radial thrust at off-design conditions; precisely machined discharge channel ensures repeatable hydraulic performance
- Fully shrouded multi-vane open radial impeller (Barske-style) — inherently stable head-capacity curve with no hump or dip, even at minimum continuous flow
- Back pull-out construction — impeller, shaft, and bearing assembly removable as a single unit without disturbing casing or piping
- Impeller balance holes — reduce stuffing box pressure, extend seal life, and lower axial thrust on bearings

Sealing Options
