Two Process Pump Platforms. One Manufacturing Source.

ANSI Pumps Pro supplies industrial process pumps and replacement components built around ANSI B73.1 and ISO 5199 / ISO 2858. The two platforms serve complementary project standards, installed equipment and regional requirements.

As a China-based manufacturer supplying established U.S. pump brands including Summit and PumpWorks, we combine casting development, precision machining, hydraulic engineering, material control and replacement-parts manufacturing under one supply chain. More than 150 custom molds have been developed for customer programs.

ISO 5199 and ISO 2858 Process Pump Standards

ISO 5199

Technical requirements for industrial centrifugal pumps

Provides a technical framework for mechanical design, shaft and bearing considerations, reliability, maintainability and process-industry operating requirements.

ISO 2858

Dimensional and nominal-duty standardization

Provides dimensional references for applicable end-suction centrifugal pumps, including pump size organization, nozzle relationships and shaft-centerline dimensions.

Final dimensional and hydraulic compatibility must be confirmed against the required pump model, duty point, material, flange standard and project specification.

Series Capacity Head Pressure Temperature
AC Up to 11,000 m³/h / 48,400 US gpm Up to 160 m / 525 ft 16 / 25 bar, 230 / 360 psi Up to 180°C / 355°F
DW Up to 7,000 m³/h / 31,000 US gpm Up to 110 m / 360 ft 16 / 25 bar, 230 / 360 psi Up to 180°C / 355°F
DN Up to 2,000 m³/h / 8,800 US gpm Up to 90 m / 295 ft 16 bar / 230 psi Up to 180°C / 355°F

Pressure capability depends on pump size and material. Final selection must be verified against the required liquid, duty point and project specification.

ISO Process Pump FAQ

What is the difference between ISO 5199 and ISO 2858?

ISO 5199 provides a technical specification framework for industrial centrifugal process pumps. ISO 2858 provides dimensional and nominal-duty references for applicable end-suction centrifugal pumps.

Do you manufacture complete pumps or only replacement parts?

We support complete ISO process pump assemblies and engineered replacement components, depending on the pump family and application.

Which Sulzer-equivalent pump families do you offer?

Our current program includes AHLSTAR-equivalent pumps and selected ZA / ZE / ZF, MC, ZPP and SNS equivalent families.

Can you provide a direct replacement for an existing Sulzer pump?

For selected models, we can evaluate a replacement solution. Compatibility must be confirmed using the existing model, duty point, dimensions, material and installation information.

What materials are available?

Available manufacturing materials include WCB, CF8M, CD4M, CN7M, Hastelloy, CZ100, Titanium and Zirconium, subject to configuration and project requirements.

Can you manufacture pumps for abrasive or solids-containing liquids?

Yes. The ISO platform includes AC general process, DW wear-resistant and DN non-clogging configurations. Final hydraulic and material selection is based on actual fluid and operating conditions.
