Mechanical Seal Types
Single Cartridge
Pre-assembled, pre-set single mechanical seal. Easy installation — no measurement required. Best for: clean to mildly contaminated fluids, general chemical service.
Double Cartridge
Dual seal arrangement with barrier/buffer fluid between faces. Best for: hazardous, toxic, or crystallizing fluids. Zero emissions capability.
Component Seals
Individual seal components for in-house rebuild. Best for: MRO programs, spare parts inventory, cost-sensitive applications.

We supply both. Complete cartridge seal assemblies come pre-set and ready to install. We also supply individual seal faces, springs, O-rings, and gland plates for in-house rebuild programs.
Provide your process fluid, temperature, pressure, and solids content. Our engineering team will recommend the correct API plan. Default is Plan 11 for clean fluids and Plan 32 for dirty/abrasive services.
