These projects should be selected from the required process duty and installation envelope, not by model name alone. They are commonly evaluated for arduous clean-liquid process duties, including hot or cold liquids, light chemicals and selected hydrocarbon-related services. Final suitability depends on the actual liquid, temperature, pressure, seal plan and applicable project standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a ZA, ZE or ZF model name alone be used for quotation?

It is a useful starting point, but not enough for a final proposal. We also need the duty point, liquid, temperatures, pressures, construction materials and installation dimensions.

Can you match a high-temperature installation?

We review temperature, pressure, thermal expansion, seal arrangement, bearing requirements and material selection together before confirming a configuration.

Will an equivalent pump be a direct dimensional replacement?

Compatibility must be checked against the actual drawing, nozzle locations, shaft centerline, coupling and baseplate. A replacement is not confirmed until these details are reviewed.
