Identify 332A or 333A by Position

How the Labyrinth Bearing Isolator Works

The design uses a rotor, stator, and elastomeric sealing elements in a non-contact labyrinth arrangement during normal operation. Correct selection depends on the actual interface and installation.

What is the difference between 332A and 333A?

They are different positions within the power end; 332A is the outboard position and 333A is the inboard position in applicable configurations.

Is an INPRO the same as a lip seal?

No. A labyrinth bearing isolator is a distinct component, and its interface must be verified before replacement.

Can I order using only “Goulds 3196”?

That is not recommended. Include the position, frame, dimension, reference, or photographs.
