D Mark III technical reference
These brochure values describe the published product range, not a universal selection guarantee.
Seal chambers listed in the brochure include CBS, CBL, FMS and FML. Final hydraulic selection, metallurgy, seal arrangement and motor requirements require pump-specific review.
How Availability Is Confirmed
Submit the pump Group, ANSI designation, size, material, component or assembly scope, quantity and required delivery date. The review then checks casing, rear cover, shaft, sleeve, keyway, adapter and seal-chamber relationships before confirming an inventory or production route.
- Submit pump details. Include the nameplate, POS list, drawing or existing component photo.
- Engineering compatibility review. Confirm interfaces, service conditions and documentation requirements.
- Confirm availability and quotation. Inventory status, lead time and quotation scope are confirmed after review.
What to Send for Review
- Pump Group, ANSI designation and suction × discharge size
- Component, POS or OEM reference and quantity
- Material, shaft/sleeve arrangement and seal chamber
- Impeller diameter or trim when known
- Fluid, concentration, temperature, solids, speed, flow and head when available
- Required drawing, material records, dimensional inspection or test documentation
A clear nameplate photo is useful even when the original parts list is missing. For a matched wet end, include the existing impeller trim and rear-cover condition when known.
Wet-End Review Questions
Can I replace only the casing or impeller?
Often, but the remaining mating parts must be in acceptable condition and the replacement must be checked against the installed configuration.
Does the brochure range select my pump automatically?
No. The brochure values are published reference limits. Pump-specific hydraulic, material, seal and motor review is still required.
