Which dimensions are needed to retain my piping?
Provide suction and discharge flange sizes and orientation, centerline height, nozzle positions, mounting holes and baseplate dimensions. The project GA records the installed interfaces and proposed replacement dimensions.
Can the replacement handle a different operating point?
Yes. Identify the required flow, head, speed and operating range separately from the original duty. We select against the updated conditions and review suction conditions, motor power and installation requirements together.
Can you review an SNS pump without its original curve?
Yes. Send the full model, available duty information, fluid details and operating readings. Photos and installation measurements help establish the replacement basis; the report identifies the remaining data needed for selection.
What fluid details matter for materials and sealing?
Include fluid composition, temperature, viscosity, solids concentration and particle or fiber characteristics. Add any corrosion, wear or seal history. These details help define wetted materials and the seal arrangement.
Can I keep the existing motor?
Provide the motor rating, speed, shaft, coupling and mounting information. We review power and mechanical compatibility against the replacement duty and record the retained-driver scope in the proposal.
How quickly can I receive a proposal and replacement?
We provide an engineering report or proposal within 48 hours of sufficient pump and duty information. Complete-pump delivery is 6–8 weeks against the agreed order schedule, with the specified material, testing and delivery documents.
